Organic Green Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 mins
Yields: 1 serving


  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Kale Leaf (without stem)
  • 1 Peeled cucumber
  • 1 Cup filtered water
  • 1 Juice from lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Parsley & Cilantro (optional)
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
  • Pinch of Sea Salt


  1. Place all ingredients except salt and cayenne in a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until completely liquid.
  3. Add salt and cayenne after.
  4. Either drink as is, or strain pulp out with a nut milk bag.
