This Chopped Mediterranean Greek Salad is a great side dish for any occasion!
- 1 Chopped English Cucumber
- 1 Cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Kalamata Olives
- 1 Can Hearts of Palm, Chopped
- 1 Can Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
- 1 Spring Fresh Oregano, Chopped
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Sea Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
